As a member of the illustrious Storbie Support Squad, you will be a main point of contact for Storbie users. Your priority and ultimate goal will be to provide the best possible support to Storbie customers. We are looking for a people person who enjoys the limelight, enjoys helping others and is a natural user of everyday technology. A confident level of written and oral communication is required (the Storbie ‘voice’ and wisdom can be imparted).

As you learn about the ever-changing world of ecommerce, working in this dynamic team means your responsibilities will span numerous business functions. Consequently, you will be someone who takes initiative, is adept at problem solving and is always looking to grow and improve. Sounds like a smart cookie, we can’t wait to meet you!

This is a part-time, entry-level role that will suit a student or similar individual. The role requires 12-14 hours per week, can be flexible to fit your schedule and will include some time outside of business hours. With Storbie currently experiencing significant growth, there is room to expand this role. You will be able to learn about the workings of a sophisticated online and mobile SaaS product and through your interactions with customers, be able to offer input into the future growth of the product and company.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • General support responsibilities including monitoring various channels and responding to customers in a timely, friendly and helpful manner
  • Sharing insights into customer interactions with other Storbie team members in order to continually update processes and provide excellent support
  • Development responsibilities including communicating and working with the Development Team to release new features
