Since this year began, we have already added two exciting new tabs to the management area of your website, with a new Customer Focused tab (a precursor for customer login) and the new Bookings tab which is set to be added to specific sites in the coming months.
With the expanding features Storbie has on offer, the number of tabs required has increased. We thought it seemed as good of a time as any to make some extra room and give our User Interface (UI) a revamp! We have shifted the different tabs to be placed down the left-hand side, fitted certain things into new categories, and added some exciting new icons.
This update is rolling out in stages over the coming weeks, so be a step ahead and check out a detailed breakdown of the new interface below!
Dashboard – the home of your Storbie website
As Storbie website users, you should be familiar with the Storbie dashboard. The dashboard content has remained the same, highlighting orders and key shop information in a single-page-view.
Products – where you create, delete and manage your product listings
The products tab has remained the same, with the overview of all your Storbie products and the ability to filter the view and edit a product’s details.
Orders – used for viewing, cancelling and processing orders.
The orders tab has moved locations, but has the same process and information available.
Bookings – coming soon!
Our bookings feature is edging ever closer to piloting! This is an exciting addition to our platform that allows your customers to book appointments through your website. Set your availability for your different services/locations and watch the appointments flow in.
We are currently in the final stages of developing bookings are looking to run a limited pilot mid-May. When this feature is ready for release, it will only be available to specific Storbie subscription plans.

Images – the home of your website’s visual elements
This is the tab where you can upload, delete, and manage your website’s images. This tab still has the same function as previously, and has only been rehomed.
Customers – currently in Beta and only available by request
This is a new feature we have added, which creates a customer centric tab on your website. Through this tab, you can view the customers that have placed an order (or multiple orders) through your website.
You can check their order history, order value and eMarketing preferences through this exciting new tab, and there are still more updates coming in future! We are planning to expand on this feature in the future and offer customer login functionality to our website!

Markets – the home of the different marketplaces relevant to your website
Markets is a tab for managing the different marketplaces your website can connect to. With marketplaces, your website products are promoted on different marketplaces present on our platform.
Marketplaces are a tool we created to collectively display products from different Storbie websites. It is a great opportunity for you to display your online product selection in another location, and can be an extra driving force to bring customers to your website.
Simply request to join a market, and once accepted you can select the category you think is more relevant to your products.
Suppliers – only available to Pharmacy & Veterinary websites
Our Suppliers tab is where you can manage the different product suppliers available to you through our Supplier Network. For a Pharmacy or Vet, this is where you can review the different suppliers and their product information that we have available.
Once a product is connected, imagery, descriptions and additional informational are automatically pushed through to any product connections that are created.
Apps – the home of Storbie’s integrations and large features
Apps is the hub of your Storbie website. This is a list of our integrations, such as payment gateways, analytic tools, and additional Storbie features!

Settings – the core settings and information relating to your website
This is the section that has received the most change with this update. You still have access to the same information; it has just been reformatted into new tabs.
We have broken down the backend settings of your website into 6 different sections.
- Design and content -where you can review the default visual settings for your website and apply key content information about your store.
- Ecommerce – the basic information required to run an ecommerce website, such as shipping methods, payment gateways, financial details etc.
- Forms – the newly rolled out feature that allows customers to fill out pre-set forms through your website that are sent directly to email addresses of your choosing. Forms work similarly to any Storbie page, wherein you add
- Marketing – a hub for marketing tools on your website, such as promotional tools, analytics and social integrations.
- Settings – the core of the basics you need to use to manage your website, such as website verifications, website administrators and the ability to invite new ones.
- Account – this is where you can review your account’s information, your subscription invoices as well as the Storbie plan you have chosen.
